As well as setting up partnerships with third-parties and reaching out to women farmers that way, there is an opportunity to develop internal business competence in order to be more creative and sustainable in the way we (all) reach women farmers. It can be typical for a sales and marketing team, see the idea of women outreach more as a burden then a market opportunity. However, this attitude obviously limits the businesses ability (and desire) to come up with innovative women outreach solutions. And since business invest a huge amount of resources into sales and marketing outreach teams, with the main purpose of identifying clever solutions to getting products to farmers, this can be a problem.
Are there any individuals/organisations out there, who work in the field of organisational change and women's empowerment, that could facilitate a few workshops/brainstorming sessions? The main output of these would be a) to persuade the team (men and women) that women are worth targetting i.e. they can be productive, viable and valuable farmers and b) to initiate a creative-thinking culture and to come up a few clever ideas to reach out to women farmers.

Our Organisation is working for the same cause where in one of our project named as SUNHARA WALMART in India, we are working with women farmers and have created federation of 800 women farmers. We are providing end to end solution from quality inputs, production to marketing for better price realization and ultimately their social and economic empowerment. In 6 months time, this federation has reached to a monthly turnover of more than 12000 USD. for more you can visit this link below (a article published in First post.com)

If so, I would be highly motivated to explore possibilities in setting up such a partnership with you and organise a workshop or brainstorm sessions to empower women farmers. Please read more about my organisation at: www.createconsultancy.org/services. I have over five years of experience in setting up creative and innovative solutions to empower marginalised people.
I currently cooperate with Angelica S. from Fair and Sustainable Advisory Services. She would be willing to provide backstopping, in case you would be interested in cooperating with me.
Kind regards, Stephanie Z.
