The idea is to reply to the item in the forum, rather than starting a seperate thread in the way you did. In that way the person posting the question receives a direct mail of your (and others) response). Also it makes it easier to manage the forum.

So please copy your earlier reply and follow this link this link and paste your message in the box under 'reply to this' and finish with pressing the green button saying ádd reply'
